%50 Demineralized Whey Powder

Milky Royal 50% Non-Hygroscopic Whey Powder is a spray dried non-caking powder manufactured from fresh sweet cheese whey, which has been pasteurized and concentrated before spray drying. 

Characteristic:
White  to yellowish colour, free flowing powder, typical milk taste and smell without foreign odour. It has a unique milky flavor. It is similar to powdered milk in sensory sense.

Storage Conditions:
Milky Royal powders must be stored in a cool, dry place, at temperature below 25° C and relative humidity below 65%, product has a 2 years life in the original packaging.

Applications:

• It can be used as a partial substitute for powdered milk. It improves the flavor of the products it is added to. Thanks to its high solubility and suitable taste properties, it can be used safely in dairy products and dessert production.
