%35 WPC Whey Protein Powder
Milky Royal Whey Protein Concentrate 35% (WPC 35) powder is produced by separating protein from sweet whey using an advanced ultrafiltration process. This process ensures that the protein content is not less than 35% in dry matter. Essentially, there is a similarity between WPC 35 and Skim Milk Powder in terms of lactose, protein and amino acid levels. The key difference is that skimmed milk powder contains casein protein. Milky Royal WPC 35% is a source of inexpensive dairy products and protein, as well as vitamins, calcium, riboflavin and niacin.

Applications:
- Whey Protein Concentrate 35% is widely used in the production of products such as pastries, yoghurts, diet products, desserts, creams, sports drinks and baby foods. It is commonly used as a cost-effective substitute for Skimmed Milk Powder.
- Milky Royal WPC 35 can be used instead of skimmed milk powder. It can be used as an oil imitator and stabilizer in the products it is used in. WPC 35 also has gelling properties and hydrophilic quality and can therefore be very useful in the manufacture of processed products and replace egg whites. An important feature of WPC is its whipping and frothing properties, which is useful in the production of sweet (whipped) and diet products. WPC 35 also increases firmness in the texture of the product and reduces acidity.
