Recruitment Process

   We fill available positions with eligible staff according to our company values, politics, culture and targets. 
   We recruit through mail, e-mail, website or face to face and collect eligible staff and we occupy when we need them later.
   We elect and choose our staff face to face with necessary tests to make sure that the right personnel occupy the right position and after we occupy we educate and train them to form a harmonious staff.
